We know how exciting it is to receive your Wildflower Case, especially if you’ve ordered your case for a specific occasion, we’ll do our best to make sure you receive your order ASAP! Here are some typical questions and answers to help you out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
All international shipping rates and transit times vary per location – please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking to update with final delivery information. Orders being shipped internationally can take 3-14 business days to arrive once the order has been shipped from our facility.

| International Shipments Delivery of Products purchased from (Merchant) shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, in the case of Products shipped by courier / carrier, at the time (Merchant) transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped or, in the case of Products shipped through the United States Postal Service, at the time (Merchant) transfers physical possession of the Products to the United States Postal Service or its agent. As customer and owner of the Products, you authorize (Merchant), on your behalf, to arrange for one or more couriers/carriers to transport the Products to you, and consistent with the foregoing, delivery of the Products to such courier/carrier, for the purpose of transmission to you as customer, constitutes delivery of the Products to you. Customs Fees (if applicable) Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs charges (i.e., duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. (Merchant) is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS For goods shipped by means other than through the United States Postal Service By ordering Products from (Merchant), you authorize the customs broker selected by (Merchant) or its shipping agent to act as your agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. On checkout, we calculate and collect the estimated applicable taxes and duties that the broker will pay on your behalf to the CBSA. For goods shipped through the United States Postal Service Products will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and ultimately through Canada Post. Goods may be shipped through the USPS ePacket service, in which case applicable duties and taxes will be collected by the Merchant or its shipping agent and paid to the CBSA on your behalf if assessed by CBSA at the time of importation, or through the regular USPS service, in which case you are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes at the time you receive your Products. In either case, you are ultimately responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes on the Products. | International Sales Terms: We’ve partnered with Passport Global, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and / or nominated agents (“Passport”) to facilitate the sale and delivery of orders to select international markets. Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments / products. Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping internationally via Passport Global to most locations outside of the United States. If we do not offer shipping to your exact location, please visit the International Shipping Information article under the General Information page.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days to process the order before it’s shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Why hasn’t my tracking link been updated?
Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order. Tracking links don’t always get updated daily, links can take 48-72 hours to update. If it hasn’t been updated, don’t worry, your package is still on its way to you!
Why haven’t I received my tracking information?
Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder as the email with your tracking information may have gone in there. If you are still having trouble locating an email with your tracking information please email our support team and we would be happy to provide that information for you.
I didn’t get my package in 7 days, is it lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery time it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Packages can be delayed for a number of reasons, always check with your local postal service they’ll be able to provide up-to-date information.
My package says delivered but I don’t have my case.
Wildflower cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail courier that have not been received such as lost or stolen. Please contact the courier and they’ll be able to help track down your package! We want to make sure you get your case and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
